Tuesday
Tuesday is the day I take the kids to Paul's Bakery on the way home. Sometimes one of em won't want a donut but will settle for "real breakfast" at home instead. I just figure it's a good treat for them having to get up so early 3 or 4 days a week. I have been bypassing the donut urge since I'll be wearing a bathing suit in a few weeks. Guh.
Jason's 7lbs 2 oz now and 19.5 inches long. He's already growing up too fast.
Tonight Kendall has her last gymnastics class for a few weeks. She goes to the advanced class tonight. Mom and dad will take her. They are determined that she'll put herself through college by getting gymnastics scholarships. I'd be ok with that.
Tonight I learned to do DNS changes (again, I'd forgotten). Using vi is not my favorite passtime but I'm glad to know how to do it. I just wish it was second nature.
eeeeh I'm off in 10 minutes. Terry is the Man. I saw an email that confirmed it.

Weekends are made for (anythingbut) michelob
Friday night kicked ass. Tree and I got to hang out again and I got to hold the baby lots. He's just so cute.
Saturday I saw shrek 2 and had the great clothing swap where I acquired some clothes for Jake and a few sweaters and a pair of shorts for me. I also got 12 bags of clothes for Good Will. Not a bad way to spend the afternoon. Saturday night was fun as well :)
I have 7 more days to work til vacation. It's going to crawl. I have to write letters to the kids' teachers about the last week of school. Things are pretty well arranged for the second trip. James said tonight he's more than willing to keep the kids at night.
This Friday Alex and I are going to go down to the IHRA races. I feel bad because I promised to go with him on Saturday not realizing that it fell on Memorial weekend. There's no way I could miss going to the river on this weekend. I had a blast when we went to the races last fall though so I really look forward to this. I just hate that we're missing the big day. Friday will be fun anyway except for the horrid traffic that accompanies long weekends.
This is the long week at work. Blah. Chugging along.

Jason's birthday
Saturday night around 11:30pm Tree sent me an AIM message saying her water had broken. It was just the way we'd planned it only I would have probably not had the 3 beers if I had known.
I showered, made phone calls, and left for her house. When I got to Tree's house she was way more together and prepared than I was. (duh, of course). We got her checked into the hospital by 3 and after a long night and a long morning Tree got to have an epideral. Thankfully her pain was over and by 1:45 pm on Sunday it was push time! Jason came into the world at 2:14 surrounded by people who know and love him. I was so happy that Dr. Garvez came in to visit and stayed for the delivery. It was so emotional and perfect. I got to cut the cord! Debbieschmebbie's parents came in and saw lil Jay and then we called parents.
Tree's mom, Aunt Rhonda and Thelma Louise came up and at one point there was that sweet baby surrounded by so many women who are going to spoil him rotten! He's so loved already. I'm anxious to spend more time with him and hold him and kiss his face.
Tree looked like a movie star after giving birth...how? I HAVE NO IDEA. Nobody gets that lucky but she glowed :)

Mothers Day
This mothers day wasn't any better or worse for me really. I got handmade cards, a handmade dirt pot from Kendall, a marigold plant from Jake and a pin from Trev that he made. My kids kick ass and their good report cards this past week just make the pot sweeter.
This morning I cooked breakfast for them and got em ready to go w/ James and Robin to church. I had free time to rest up for work, dye my hair, give myself a pedicure, get the house in order and go visit Tree. Now I'm at work and in a few minutes I'm gonna sneak off to the game room here and watch the final Survivors episode.
Sean called and left a "happy mothers day Krys" message. I like that he appreciates me as a mother to my kids as well as other things. He's a sweet guy and he definately knows how to make a girl happy.
Callie's party was a huge success. The kids are all getting so big. Trevor came late with my dad because he was at a fishing tournament. He caught a 1/2 lb crappy and got a free fishing pole. Jake missed the party because he was at his church retreat. He had a blast. I can't wait til there's an open weekend to go to the river. It looks like Memorial weekend is going to be our soonest shot. Oh well, that's not too far away.

blonde moment
We had a hella storm last night. I went w/ mom and dad downtown to First Friday which got rained out and then came home in a terrible storm. I FORGOT that all of the windows in my car were down. Now I have to head to richmond in a few hours for Calliegirl's party and the fuckin car is drenched. I'm just going to take lots of towels and then dry em out at my bro's house I guess. *sigh*
The great news is that tonight Tree and I will go get my new furniture and then in 2 days B comes home from his diving trip. I'm glad because I miss him (some..ha!) THEN HOPEFULLY TREE WILL HAVE THE BABY.
It's gorgeous out, I have to go get kendallpops and I'm not ready. I hope to take lots and lots of pictures today.
Weeee

All Terry All the time. The great cat debate continues
bizlimkit (3:16:21 AM): does your cat have an M on its forehead?
r333th4x0r (3:17:35 AM): Terry, we're going to throw down on this cat issue
bizlimkit (3:18:14 AM): oooo irritable
bizlimkit (3:18:33 AM): does or does not your cat have the M on its forehead
r333th4x0r (3:18:54 AM): my cat does not have an M
bizlimkit (3:19:04 AM): show me a picture
bizlimkit (3:19:22 AM): Probably the most distinctive feature seen in common on all tabby cats is the "M" on their foreheads. You will also see this M on many of the big jungle cats, such as tigers, cheetahs, and ocelots.
bizlimkit (3:19:34 AM): maggie has a big old M on her
r333th4x0r (3:19:56 AM): oh man

r333th4x0r (3:20:12 AM): http://www.krystalc.com/gallery/view_photo.php?set_albumName=animals&id=kasey2

bizlimkit (3:21:37 AM): MUAHAHAH
r333th4x0r (3:21:41 AM): you're ABSURD
r333th4x0r (3:21:51 AM): don't you have a bbiacm to do or something?

r333th4x0r (3:22:31 AM): it'd make my life easier
bizlimkit (3:22:52 AM): look how stupid you are man
bizlimkit (3:23:03 AM): you didn't even know your cat had a giant M on its forehead
bizlimkit (3:23:09 AM): puahahahah

HARRR
Paige made it to the world and is fine, C'mon Tree ....get busy!! I'm so ready to hold a baby.
On the way to work today I had this rush of happiness. I know that I'm still poor and that basically, I live like a vampire, but shit...tomorrow I can drink beer and smoke a ciggy and hang out on my porch in the nice weather.
I joined Fredtalk in attempts to voice my opinion about the pro-lifers handing out shirts at Jake's school and have found myself addicted once again to a forum type of thingy. They're going to play pool at hard times tomorrow so maybe I'll go to that? ;)
This weekend is going to be so busy with birthdays and mothers day so the ULTIMATE goal is to have Tree go into labor so that we can get out of all obligations. *hint*
I have more to say but I'm scatterbrained tonight.
