bibbit

Tess has a new-found fascination with the animals in this house. She's always loved the cats and she sorta likes the puppy. The animals she LOVES are the lizards and the frog. She calls them all "bibbits" which equals "ribbit" if you are 18 months old. Earlier tonight I heard her talking to Eduardo, the bearded dragon, like he was talking back to her. She'd say some jibberish in tess-ese and then laugh at his response. That Eduardo has the BEST sense of humor, don't you know. I just wish he'd stop using curse words around her because she's gonna pick up on that one day and then someone's gonna have some splainin' to do.

I think it would be funny if she told us to 'stuff a cricket in it' or to, 'go shed and die'.

But even if she does pick up some of the naughty words Eduardo sometimes says, it'll be ok. None of us really know how to speak bearded dragon in the first place.

haha! That is so funny! And hey, at least she is entertained for a while. You don't have to get worried until she tries to climb in there with it.

"Bibbits" that's so cute. I can hear her little voice saying that. I guess Eduardo is bilingual
